Neerja Hindi Movie Story Line:

Neerja is a biopic of Neerja Bhanot (played by Sonam Kapoor), a 22 year old part time model, who was the head purser on the flight. The film revolves around the actual hijacking of Pan Am Flight 73 in Karachi, Pakistan specifically focusing on flight attendant Neerja Bhanot. This film shows how the young flight attendant fought for the lives of her passengers.

Based on the Pan Am airhostess, who was martyred when a team of Libyan hijackers took a Frankfurt-bound aircraft hostage in Karachi in 1986, Neerja is compelling and thought-urging cinema, a blazingly powerful and gripping reconstruction and recreation of the high drama that took place between the hijack and evacuation. Above all, it is an honourable and appropriate tribute to the lady who was awarded India’s highest peacetime military award for bravery, the Ashok Chakra.

It is said this time Salman wouldn’t like to confine himself to normal love stories and rather needs to do a different kind of subjects. They both are planning to materialize the subject, which will as far as anyone knows go on floors in October.
