Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and BJP President Amit Shah alongside Union Minister Nitin Gadkari launched the First official poster of Sarbjit in New Delhi which is based on real life events.

The first poster of the film features aged Aishwarya, who is seen wearing a simple salwar kameez and spectacles Directed by Omung Kumar, the movie based on Indian convict Sarabjit Singh, who died taking after an ambush by kindred detainees in a Pakistani jail.
The event which was held at the habitation of BJP president was additionally gone to by the makers of the film, Vashu Bhagnani, Bhushan Kumar and Sandeep Singh, alongside actress Richa Chadha and performing artist Darshan Kumar. Aishwarya plays Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur while Randeep Hooda will be found in the main role.
